I have not received my order?

I can’t access my membership

If you cannot access your membership, Membership login details are usually sent to you within 2 working days following an order. Please check your email (and junk mail) for any communications from us or please contact admin@natre.org.uk or call 0121 458 3313 for further updates.

If you have the login details but are unable to login , please check your membership is update and if you have any further issues please contact admin@natre.org.uk

Where are my login details

Your login details will have be sent manually from our customer service team. You will receive an email with your login details from admin@natre.org.uk.

How long is the delivery process?

Items are usually dispatched 2nd class within 2/3 working days.(if you require any sooner , we may be able to get a faster delivery (further charges may occur). if this is the case please contact 0121 458 3313 for further options.

How long does it take to receive my login details?

Membership login details are usually sent to you within 2 working days following an order

I am not happy with my item, How do I return my items?

We are sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. We always aim to provide the best quality products however if for some reason you are not happy Please contact our customer service team on 0121 458 3313 who will be happy to assist you.

What is the sales return period?

I have not received my termly mailing.

Please Login to your membership area  ([http://www.natre.org.uk) and log in  on the left hand side of the page there is an option called ‘missed mailing’ please click this and submit your details, our team will check that your membership is valid and a replacement mailing will then be sent out within 3/5 working days.
