Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with REToday Services!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Subscriptions and Memberships
    • REToday subscriptions and NATRE memberships include online products and as such all purchases are final and once made available to you, you cannot cancel your purchase and a refund will not be given except as required by law

 

  • Downloads
    • All purchases of Digital Downloads are final. You cannot cancel your purchase of a Digital Download(s) once delivery has started, including via download or by us making it available to you attached to an email or via the cloud or website. By placing an order to purchase a Digital Download, you acknowledge and agree to this. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days (where possible).
