Description
This book focuses on questions of religious and non-religious identity, exploring some of the diverse responses within the UK and beyond. Using new interviews with teenagers and their parents, and the life and story of a contemporary African campaigner against AIDS, the units examine how behaviour is affected by beliefs and identity revealed through actions. Students are helped to reflect on the question “Who am I?”, and to develop skills in handling media responses to religious diversity in the UK. Engaging activities are presented and many photocopiable resources provided to enable teachers to develop students’ thinking.
