This CD of non-religious ‘stilling’ exercises features experienced Buddhist meditators leading relaxation exercises of varying lengths as well as Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditations for older students.
They are not formal Buddhist meditations but will give an idea of how it feels when Buddhists meditate. This resource is suitable for use with 8 – 18s and is produced by The Clear Vision Trust.
